Return Window

  • You may request a return within 7 days (calendar days) of receiving your order.
  • Returns due to product quality issues or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days.

Return Conditions

  1. Item must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, or undamaged
  2. All tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and gifts must be included
  3. For quality issues or wrong items, clear photographic evidence is required
  4. Custom items, clearance items (final sale), personal care products, and food items are not eligible for return.
